This non-accredited coffee-making course teaches the skills and knowledge required to prepare and serve quality espresso coffee using a commercial espresso machine. Neat and Tidy dress attire with enclosed shoes is a must for this course.

Storage of coffee
Grinding
Cleaning
Care and preventative maintenance of machinery
Organise and prepare work areas
Provide customer service and advice on espresso coffees
Understanding the grind
Extracting coffee and texturing milk
Serving and presenting a variety of espresso coffee styles
Varieties, origins and characteristics of coffee beans

A Statement of Attendance will be issued on completion of this course.
