This unit covers the skills and knowledge required to provide responsible gambling services, information and assistance to customers in accordance with the relevant State legislative requirements and codes of practice in Queensland. This unit is appropriate for all staff working in a gaming environment.

| Follow procedures in accordance with relevant policy |
| Communicate with appropriate personnel |
| Maintain accurate records of gaming related incidents |
| Ensure gambling environmental features support gambling policies |
| Provide information and assistance to customers about gaming |
| Provide accurate player information to customers |
| Respond appropriately to requests for information |
| Follow procedures of self exclusion requests |
| Display signage and information related to responsible gambling |
| Provide information on available support services |
A Statement of Attainment will be issued on successful completion of this course.
