This course is for those who hold a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training (BSZ40198) and who wish to upgrade to the new qualification Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA40104.
The upgrade course provides an opportunity for trainers and assessors to learn more about the system in which they work, the latest developments and future trends. It covers topics such as inclusive learning practices, strategies to ensure a safe learning environment and how to use Training Packages to meet clients needs. The course also provides an opportunity to network with others working in VET and to maintain currency.

You are required to prepare a 30 – 40 minute presentation to share your knowledge with the class on day 3.
